Thank you once again for your enthusiasm and valuable contribution to our conference. Your abstract has been accepted for a workshop/oral presentation, and we’re pleased to share the following practical information to help you prepare.
Please refer to the online program for the time and location of your session. Kindly note that locations may still change in the coming days, so we recommend double-checking the final schedule during the week of the conference.
If you need to make minor last-minute edits, you may use one of the designated computers at the registration desk (in the main hallway). For larger changes, you are welcome to use your own laptop—free Wi-Fi and a workspace will be available. Please bring your own charger if needed.
We kindly request oral presenters to upload their presentations to our website. Your presentation will then be available on the laptop in the room.
All presentations must be finalized and uploaded at least one hour before your session begins. Please double-check your presentation for correct spelling and grammar. Presenters are responsible for ensuring their slides are error-free.
Presenters are strongly advised to bring a copy of their presentations on a USB with them in case of any need. It will not be possible to present using your own laptop.
