Practical information for posters

We would like to thank you once again for your enthusiasm to join our conference. Your abstract was previously accepted as a poster, and we hereby send you all practicalities.

First and foremost, the poster needs to be printed, hung, and removed by the owner, which we strongly encourage you to do this within the given time frame.

Poster Setup and Removal

• Location: Poster boards will be located in the lecture building (LEH) on the 1st floor in the room number 106 of the Medical Faculty Linz, Krankenhausstraße 5, 4020 Linz — the main venue of the conference.
• Installation: Please ensure your poster is printed and installed by 15:00 on Friday, May 9th. We encourage you to set up earlier, as poster space is assigned on a first come, first served basis. You may choose any available spot, but please do not move the poster boards.
• Materials: Mounting materials will be provided on-site.

Poster Specifications

• The maximum allowed poster size is A0.
• If you prefer to present your poster in an alternative format (e.g., A4 sheets with images, illustrations, etc.), you are welcome to do so, as long as it fits within the size limits.

Poster Session

The official poster session will begin at 16:00 on Friday, May 9th, with a brief introduction by Prof. Dr. Erika Zelko.

Poster Removal

• Posters can be taken down on Saturday, May 10th, between 08:00 and 14:00.
• Any posters left beyond this time will be removed by the organizers.
• If you need to leave the conference earlier and wish to retrieve your poster in advance, please contact us.
